Mental Fitness

My brother asked if I could help him with creating a logo design for his aspirations to build a health and fitness brand. He works as a personal trainer which since the start of the pandemic has become fairly popular and clients have been requesting more personailized workouts not only for out in the parks but in their homes too.

So the name he chose to go with was 'Mental Fitness' and he described it as overcoming the mental aspect of getting fitter and conquering the doubt your mind can have when working out. So going for a strong and bold look was originally my plan, I sketched out various ideas and then moved to computer, digitally manipulating and cleaning up the rough ideas.
